Operating from dual headquarters in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, and Orlando, Florida, Innovative Solutions brings over 20 years of engineering experience to the global energy sector.
Founded by our Chairman and Director of Engineering, Mr. Fitzgerald Melville, Innovative Solutions began by providing specialized engineering and technical training for mechanical, industrial, and electrical engineers, technicians, and managers in the energy sector.
We have since grown into a trusted service representative for Baker Hughes, General Electric, and Bently Nevada, delivering machine condition monitoring, health assessments, and mission-critical engineering across Trinidad, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the United States.
In 2022 we expanded into land and home development. Our special projects division provides skilled leadership and project delivery, bringing shareholder value to large development projects across Trinidad.
